Import Results with MRO Management
One
of the most
time-consuming aspects of
substance abuse testing management is entering data. In many cases
it
is
possible to electronically import result data rather than manually enter
it into
DrugPak! MRO Management serves as a result data import engine as
well
as a
holding area for results that require review. Importing result
data is
one of
the most powerful tools DrugPak offers for making your result processing
more
efficient and effective.
The idea of MRO Management starts with
your
result data. Results that are reported from a laboratory can often
be
delivered
in a data file as well as, or instead of, by fax. DrugPak has an
extensive library of translation formats including all major
laboratories, many
national MRO practices, and various testing devices--over 40 translation
scripts
in all. If we don't already have exactly what you need, custom
translations can
be created for new trading partners as well!
Once data has been
delivered to your computer, MRO Management reads the information,
arranges
everything in the correct DrugPak data format, and validates the
information.
Customizable automation levels allow you to define warnings for
missing
and
mis-matched information so that you can decide what results can
automatically
report through DrugPak and which results need to be held for review.
MRO
Management
provides an easy interface for reviewing problem and
non-negative
results. This includes an in-depth MRO Result Worksheet and
access to
Document
Manager images. Issues of concern for each result are clearly
identified and
final processing is not permitted until all issues have been addressed.
Importing results with MRO Management can help your workload
every business day,
dramatically reducing processing time per result as well as data entry
mistakes.
With the ability to import data from a variety of sources and
detailed
control
over processing options, any DrugPak user who considers result data
entry a
significant burden can reduce time and increase accuracy by
electronically
importing result data. Consider reducing the weight of your burden
through
automation with MRO Management.

New DrugPak Staff Member
Corbin Allen joined the DrugPak Support Team a few weeks ago.
He has picked up the basics of trouble-shooting DrugPak very quickly
and so he has started answering calls and taking DrugPak support
questions.
Corbin's experience with support before he came
to DrugPak has given him a warm bed-side manner and a comfortable sense
of humor. Corbin has already shown himself to be great at helping
people identify complex problems.
Please give him a
little extra patience as he works through your issue with you, but do
not hesitate to give him your toughest questions.

DrugPak Support Case Tracking
DrugPak
Support has made a big change with the implementation of a new
case-tracking
system. If you have corresponded with DrugPak Support recently
about a
problem, you might have noticed that our replies often have case numbers
in the email subject line. If an issue requires more than one
call or
email, using this case number will help to ensure that we can quickly
reference your notes.
Please take note of a case number when you
talk with us, and if you have to call back or send an email regarding
the same topic, let us know what your case number is. If you know
there is a case already on your topic but you do not remember your case
number, please let us know that there is an existing case so that we can
keep our records for you as efficiently as possible.
We are
still developing more ways to make
DrugPak Support easier to access and move effective. Please let us
know
how we can better serve your needs!
