Import Results with MRO Management
One of the most time-consuming aspects of
substance abuse testing management is entering data. In many cases it is
possible to electronically import result data rather than manually enter it into
DrugPak! MRO Management serves as a result data import engine as well as a
holding area for results that require review. Importing result data is one of
the most powerful tools DrugPak offers for making your result processing more

The idea of MRO Management starts with your
result data. Results that are reported from a laboratory can often be delivered
in a data file as well as, or instead of, by fax. DrugPak has an
extensive library of translation formats including all major laboratories, many
national MRO practices, and various testing devices--over 40 translation scripts
in all. If we don't already have exactly what you need, custom translations can
be created for new trading partners as well!
Once data has been
delivered to your computer, MRO Management reads the information, arranges
everything in the correct DrugPak data format, and validates the information.
Customizable automation levels allow you to define warnings for missing and
mis-matched information so that you can decide what results can automatically
report through DrugPak and which results need to be held for review.
MRO
Management provides an easy interface for reviewing problem and non-negative
results. This includes an in-depth MRO Result Worksheet and access to Document
Manager images. Issues of concern for each result are clearly identified and
final processing is not permitted until all issues have been addressed.

The
drug and alcohol testing
industry has not been immune to the nation's most recent economic
difficulties,
and while there are now some signs of optimism, experts agree that
a full recovery will take considerable time. For most of
you, the economic climate has only
further heightened your awareness of your businesses' bottom-line, and

The DrugPak BMU has two purposes.
First and foremost, it will provide you with a compilation of system information
which will provide you with a uniquely advantageous perspective of your
business as a whole, and that which is not otherwise available in any other
medium. Secondly, it will provide the
DrugPak team with the means to identify those areas where our further
development efforts can best be applied to produce the greatest results for the
most people.
The DrugPak BMU is a standalone DrugPak program that
requires no special equipment to install or additional licenses to acquire. As it analyzes your system, you will be asked
to answer a series of multiple choice and sliding scale questions; each
designed to require a minimum of data to be manually entered. Once completed, the provided information is then
compiled to generate a performance report that is uniquely and independently specific
to your company. Some examples of the information provided:

rate for drug and alcohol, as well as mandated vs. non-mandated -
