Post-CD Fixes and Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- 5/28/2004 Added redirect from the first revision of Document Manager (DPSCAN.EXE) to the latest Document Manager (DPDOCMGR.EXE) 6/03/2004 When documents were scanned, the scanner settings dialog would appear. The dialog now only appears when the Scanner Settings button is pressed. Find windows have been added for all key entry fields that have an associated table and field. You must use the F2 key or right click the field to activate the Find window. 6/24/2004 Key types can now be used to link to multiple DrugPak tables. This will be most useful for users who wish to use a Specimen ID to link to either a DrugPak test result or a MRO Work Area result. Zoom and position can now be saved for a document type when there is no key type selected. This is useful for reviewing documents that already have all required keys entered. Added a new option to allow the user to set the directory where scanned images will be placed. To set the directory, choose Preferences | Scan Directory from the menu. Added a Tools menu item to disable the deletion of images after scanning. This can be used to troubleshoot scanning problems, or to keep the images for other uses. To turn this option on or off, select Tools | Delete Scanned Files from the menu. The option will be checked if scanned images are automatically deleted after being saved (the default setting). This menu option only affects the current workstation. The option is reset to the default value when Document Manager is started. Scanner settings were not being saved. This has been corrected. Added the ability to set the image resolution to 75, 100, or 150 ppi. Previously, only 200, 300, and 400 ppi were available. The default resolution is still 200 ppi. 6/29/2004 Reduced image flicker on the view documents window. Added masking to key types, so that data can be entered as codes (all capitals), phone numbers, social security numbers, zip codes and initial capital letters just as in DrugPak. Use the key types screen to set up making for specific key types. 9/13/2004 Added feature to allow saving position of page (POS) for non-required keys. Previously this was available for only required keys. 9/13/2004 Restored function to allow user to filter based on "Only current document type" in View Documents window. 11/23/2004 Fixed sporadic access violations during key entry. Added option to the search screen to optionally limit the search to documents that have not been linked to any DrugPak record.
