Introduction (prior section) 2. Contents (this section) 3. Enhancements 4. Fixes 5. Known Issues 6. Post-CD Fixes & Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- 3. Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- USER RESTRICTION Added security for MRO program access NEW GLOBAL OPTIONS Added global option to prohibit/allow collection and verification dates after the system date. Added a new option: "Global Settings | MRO Management Module | Required Fields: Require Home Base". An exception will be raised if the home base is blank, but only if the Company has Home Bases on file. NEW IMPORT DIALOG Added a new dialog to the import. If an MRO name is not found, you have the choice to match it with an existing MRO, use the default MRO, or add a new MRO with the name being imported. Once this choice is made, the import will remember that decision when it encounters the name again. MISCELLANEOUS Modified MRO Worksheet report so that comments will print across page breaks. -------------------------------------------------------- 4. Fixes -------------------------------------------------------- The record count for the work area was being calculated every time the user moved to a new record, and was being calculated multiple times when the Find window was used. Now the record count can be run on demand, by double- clicking the appropriate status bar panel (the panel reads, "Double-click for record count"). Fixed an error when selecting Match Codes for the Clinical Reference Labs layout. Fixed an error ("Value must be between 1 and 2147483647") that occurred when user pressed the Match Codes button in the Translation Engine Control Panel. Added process to insert the Record Added Date (R_ADDED) after a result data for an random (RND) test is entered. Import process would not complete after user chose to delete an imported record with a duplicate specimen id. Translation sometimes stopped processing after finding a duplicate specimen, if the user chose to delete the incoming record. -------------------------------------------------------- 5. Known Issues -------------------------------------------------------- You can keep up-to-date with the latest version of DrugPak by visiting our Update page on the web: http://drugpak.com/update -------------------------------------------------------- 6. Post-CD Fixes & Enhancements -------------------------------------------------------- Participant Find Window was always using social security number format for participant ID, regardless of company settings. 05/04/2005 Integrated new image tables for document manager. 05/17/2005 OF SPECIAL INTEREST TO CLIENTS OF QUEST DIAGNOSTICS: Solved a problem in the "Import Results" routine which caused an error message when attempting to "Accept" the translation from files located in an extremely long file path. The error would occur when attempting to move the file from the source directory into the OUTBOX directory. 6/28/2005 --Fixed a problem when setting the OUTBOX file date on files with extremely long file paths. --"Require disposition for negatives" option was not being obeyed. This has been fixed. 10/18/2005 --Fixed a bug in the translation process that could cause values from preceding records to be "remembered" when reading subsequent records. This problem only occurred on FIXED-WIDTH record types when the records were improperly truncated by the sender. The translation process has been updated to accommodate this source file problem. --Added "Include Subdirectories" option to the Translation Engine Control Panel. This option is used when the "Select all files in [directory]" button is clicked. It will cause the translation engine to recurse through all subdirectories within the specified directory, to look for files to translate. This is especially helpful with Quest Diagnostic's new report delivery system, which creates a new subdirectory for every report. 1/11/2006 -- Fixed a bug that was introduced in the prior release (5.5.51018). Under some circumstances, some internal variables might not be properly set during the translation process. You only need to install this update (5.5.60111) if you have previously installed 5.5.51018 (Posted on November 1, 2005). 1/12/2006 -- Fixed a bug that was introduced in the prior release (5.5.60111). The Clinical Reference Lab layout would fail to import, with the exception "Record Type not defined:" 04/11/2006 -- When exporting to DrugPak, the last test date of the participant could be updated with an earlier date. The last test date would also be updated with the date of a canceled test. This has been fixed. -- When attempting to link to a document in document manager, an error would occur if the field being linked to was a blank date. 05/05/2006 -- When the participant name was absent from the DrugPak participant record, but present in the MRO Management record, the MRO Management record needed to be validated twice before the "Participant name is missing from Participant Record" would disappear. This has been fixed. 08/16/2006 Import files were failing to copy from the INBOX folder to the OUTBOX folder when there was a dot in the DrugPak path. 08/21/2006 The archive file name in the OUTBOX folder is now limited to 12 characters, so it can be stored in the work file properly. The archive file name for the import file was not being saved when the import file name was longer than 12 characters. 08/30/2006 Document Manager interfaces are now compatible with MS IE7. 09/06/2006 Fixed incompatibilities with Win98 caused by fixing incompatibilities with IE7 09/15/2006 The "examine results collected in the last N days" Document Manager setting did not take effect until a restart of DrugPak. It now takes effect immediately. The "examine results collected in the last N days" setting was sometimes not being obeyed when linking to Document Manager documents. DrugPak will now prompt to remove links from a record when the links no longer match the Document Manager document. This occurs any time a record is posted. 09/21/2006 New options are presented when a record's link to a Doc Manager document is no longer valid, allowing the user to fix the link or discard it. 09/27/2006 The user can now customize options for each field when a record's link to a Doc Manager document is no longer valid. 11/08/2006 [6828] The system was sometimes running out of unique filenames to use when moving import files from INBOX to OUTBOX. This has been corrected with a new file naming scheme. 12/21/2006 Document Manager "discard" keys are no longer deleted when a link is made.
