Agile Programming: $700/hr
In addition to fully-specified custom programming, we offer an “Agile Programming” service.
Agile Programming consists of pre-paid programming hours that can be used to quickly complete small customizations, without the need for a new Statement of Work and Invoice. We would establish who on your team can authorize the use of Agile Programming hours.
“Traditional” Remote Training: $150/hr (40 hour minimum)
Program begins with 10 hours of Administrator training: Introduction of administrators to user management, permissions, and system settings, followed by an introductory tour of the system functions. Trainers will work with Administrator to create a custom training curriculum for pertinent customer cohorts.
Go-Live Copilot: $150/hr
With this service, you can receive hands-on, real-time, screen-sharing and remote-control teleconferencing with a DrugPak support agent during your Go-Live phase.
Max 4 Hours/day; subject to agent availability.
Client Portal Training Video: $3000.
We can work with you to make a 10-minute Client Portal training video for your customers. We will work with you to set up sample data in your system, and we would record the video using your actual branded Client Portal implementation, and only the features you choose to have enabled.
